GroupsMarketPlace.com is something like eBay or Booking.com for leisure and MICE groups. We source winthin Central Europe (Czech republic, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia) and offer availability to partners bringing travel groups from Asia, Scandinavia, Russia & Middle East. We act as the provider of a technological platform (market place) to hundreds of suppliers and dozens of Asian & Middle Eastern tour operators and travel agencies.
2. Who can sign up?

3. Why should I use your platform?
As a Travel agency you spend hours calling around to find an available Guide, or space for your 20 room leisure groups. With us you spend 1 minute logging in and checking whether the space is available on our platform. As a Hotel - there are times when you are either too empty (and would benefit from advertising to wide range of agencies in 1 place). Or you have an overbooking and need to find space fast.
As a Guide or Assistant - you work with a series Mon-Weds, but are generally free on Thursdays. Then you are able to advertise your free day here.

2020, Q2/Q3 - we source in the Czech republic, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia
2020, Q3/Q4 - on top of the above, we add the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal
2021, Q1 - we plan to add Switzerland
6. What's unique about your platform?

7. How does the money flow?
Exactly as both partners - Supplier and Buyer agree. Money goes directly between them at agreed rate and conditions, not via GroupsMarketPlace.
8. How long will it take me to register?
Aproximatelly 8 minutes (bit more if you have several coaches to register, or for example, if you will register all your hotels' meeting rooms descriptions and photos). Alternatively we can help you set the profile up with (or for) you.
9. I have uploaded my availability, what happens next?
Great, thanks! You have 2 options: set an alert, so you get an info when someone has uploaded a demand that matches your offer. And ensure you have your email connected to your Groups Market Place account, so when a feedback comes in, you will see in your inbox. Of course, you can always log in to check your dashboard.
10. Can I use this platform also my mobile phone?
